The scanner is broken again. I will try to fix or replace it. Check back next Monday.

Scanner Repaired

That's right--it's fixed! How could I have possibly repaired such an intricate machine? Well, my advanced troubleshooting skills and engineering-grade comprehension of circuit schematics were crucial in toggling the Lock/Unlock switch until the scanner worked.
